Our experienced Account Executives will partner with you to find the combination that is perfect for your program. From the initial site inspection, they will help you select from the numerous unique South Florida venues, from Palm Beach to Key West, Fort Myers to Marco Island, and even the Bahamas. Tours, activities, off-property events, general session, design and production of your receptions and entertainment will all be custom designed to meet your groups’ requirements.
Once the program is confirmed an Operations Manager will actively join the
sales executive as the on-site contact available to you 24 hours a day operating
every aspect of the program.

We maintain an extensive list of qualified staff based in all our areas of operation and are constantly recruiting new talent. The performance of all of our staff is continuously evaluated, with new staff being screened and trained in every area.
